We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You can make purchases with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email us with your complaint.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque, money order or direct deposit. Products are dispatched only once your funds have cleared but rest assured that your credit card will not be charged until your purchases are ready to be sent. For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.
All payments are made offline, in house, at 5 O'Reilly St, Mundingburra 4812 QLD, via our own facilities.

PROOF OF IDENTITY
We may ask for further identification. Because of the anonymity nature of the Internet we may ask for further identification to verify your order. The following documents may be requested to process your order.

A copy of both sides of your Credit Card
A copy of your valid drivers license/Passport

Your documents will not be used for any other purpose other than to verify your identity. Once verified, your documents can be returned or destroyed.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole responsibility & remedy is to return it in an unused and when possible unpackaged condition.
